Familiarization Trip for African businesses and media to visit Thailand, during 2 - 9 March 2024 (4/5)

On 5 March 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Dakar led a delegation of Senegalese and Gambian businesspeople, together with 2ATV media channel from Senegal, on a visit to Thailand under the project Familiarization Trip for African businesses and media to visit Thailand organized by the Embassy, to meet with representatives from The Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking (JSCCIB) at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The JSCCIB is comprised of the Federation of Thai Industries, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Thai Bankers' Association. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Yanapol Limpranachokchai, Chairman of Thailand-South Africa Business Council, and attended by several Thai private sectors from food, agricultural machineries, and cosmetics industries. After the introductory session to Thai economic potential and JSCCIB’s missions, the delegation participated in the networking session to establish connections and discuss business with the Thai private sectors.
