On 14 November 2022, Mr. Ahmed Cheikh Mbacke Bara, President of the Association of Muay Thai in Senegal, together with Mr. Papa Abdou Karim Diop, Secretary-General of the Association of Muay Thai in Senegal, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mrs. Thippawan Suppamitkitja, Ambassador of Thailand to Senegal. Mr. Ahmed Cheikh Mbacke Bara congratulated the Ambassador on taking the tenure of office in Senegal and reported on the Association’s activities taken in 2022 and its plan for 2023, as well as requested for the Embassy’s support in organizing the Ambassador’s Cup for Thai Boxing and other activities, publicizing Thai Boxing in Dakar and other cities of Senegal.
