The Thai Ambassador met with the Mayor of Dakar

On 26 June 2015, H.E. Mr. Wijak Chittarat, Ambassador of Thailand to Senegal, together with Mr. Jirasak Weraarpachai, Second Secretary, made a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Karifa Sall, Mayor of Dakar, at the City Hall of Dakar to discuss about the areas of cooperation between the two countries to celebrate the 35^th anniversary of the establishment of Thailand - Senegal diplomatic relations in 2015.

In this relation, a new approach of cooperation between Dakar City and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was raised, including activities to promote public awareness and involvement especially from the civil society, enhancing and strengthening the partnership of the two countries for a better living condition of respective people.
