ประเทศแกมเบียไม่มีสถานเอกอัครราชทูตของไทยตั้งประจำอยู่ แต่สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงดาการ์ ประเทศเซเนกัล มีอาณาเขตครอบคลุมแกมเบีย และดูแลรับผิดชอบในด้านความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีไทย – แกมเบียด้วย ฉะนั้น การติดต่อกับประเทศแกมเบียสามารถทำได้โดยผ่านสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงดาการ์
